Client Access Terms

Terms for authorized use of ChampEntra websites, applications, and private company workspaces.

Effective date: June 25, 2026

Authorized access

Client workspaces are intended only for users authorized by the applicable client business. Users must provide accurate account information, protect passwords, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Client responsibility

Each client business is responsible for deciding who may access its workspace, the accuracy and legality of information it enters, its employment and privacy notices, and its use of reports, payroll-related records, customer records, and other operational data.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt to bypass security, access another company’s information, upload malicious content, interfere with service operation, or use ChampEntra systems for unlawful activity.

Availability and changes

ChampEntra may maintain, update, improve, suspend, or change features to protect security, fix defects, support service providers, or improve the product. Planned work will be communicated when practical.

Backups and exports

Clients should retain copies of records that are legally or operationally critical. Available export tools are provided for convenience and may vary by workspace.

No professional advice

ChampEntra software and reports are operational tools. They do not replace legal, tax, accounting, payroll, safety, employment, or other professional advice.

Third-party services

Some functions depend on third-party hosting, authentication, storage, mapping, email, payment, or communication providers. Their availability and terms may affect related features.
