Privacy Policy

How ChampEntra handles public project requests and information in authorized private client workspaces.

Effective date: June 25, 2026

Information submitted through the public website

Project-request forms may collect a name, business or organization name, email address, phone number, requested service, service area, city or town, planning range, preferred contact method, veteran-owned or veteran-operated status when selected, and project details. ChampEntra uses this information to review the request, communicate with the requester, prepare project discussions, and maintain business records.

Information inside private client workspaces

Depending on the company and configured features, an authorized workspace may contain account details, customer and job records, schedules, work activity, submitted location information, reports, photos, receipts, documents, bids, invoices, expenses, payment records, and other operational information supplied by the client or its authorized users.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and support the requested website or application, authenticate users, operate company workflows, troubleshoot problems, protect accounts, maintain audit records, and comply with applicable business or legal obligations.

Service providers and security

ChampEntra may use hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, and communication service providers to operate the website and client workspaces. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Data sharing and advertising

ChampEntra does not use private client-workspace information for third-party advertising. Information may be shared with service providers necessary to operate the system, when directed by the client, or when required by law.

Retention and requests

Information may be retained while needed to provide services, support the client relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Requests to review, correct, or discuss information can be sent to [email protected] or (931) 691-5881.

Location and work-activity information

Location or work-activity information is collected only when a configured workspace feature asks an authorized user to submit it, such as clock-in, job reporting, or field documentation. The client business is responsible for communicating its workplace policies to its users.

Changes

This policy may be updated as ChampEntra services and legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page.
